Waiting list system
This is the waiting list system for Tropic at Ruislip
You have been direct to this page as you have made a booking for a show which we are presently showing as "Sold Out".
The waiting list is monitored against people cancelling right up until noon on the Friday of the show. If a cancellation comes in and I am able to fulfil your request for tickets you will be e-mailed in the usual way.
(If you then find you now cannot attend please then cancel your booking in the normal way using the form on the web site at https://www.tropicatruislip.co.uk/change-a-ticket ) (Link above Change/Check Tickets)
If you do not hear from me by noon on the day of the show and still want to come then you should re-book on the form at https://www.tropicatruislip.co.uk/waiting ONLY.
I will then have your request for tickets on my phone and if any last minute changes come in I can acknowledge your booking in the normal way.
Acknowledgements can come back to you any time up until 6 p.m. and indeed if you do get an acknowledgement it is most likely to get to you at around 6 p.m.
If you do not hear from me then sadly I have not had a cancellation in that allows me to accommodate your request for a space.
I must stress that just because you have re-booked it does NOT mean you will get a space!
