PLEASE TRY AND HELP ME....

NEXT TIME

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, CHECK OR CHANGE A BOOKING BY E-MAIL

I actually live a long way from Ruislip and spend a fair amount of time travelling and away from the office and my main PC. When I am out and about I can get bookings made off the web site to my mobile phone, but not necessarily e-mails. 

It follows that to make a booking or change a booking if you want me to see it (!) then you have to use the little forms on the web site, and these also generate the correct responses back to you and copies to other places where they will be required to process a booking request. 

There is also specific wording and coding within the booking forms that not only put your message in the correct place but guarantee your request will get past my spam/antivirus filters.

99% of e-mails have to be
manually put beyond these filters, and this will include your booking or cancellation, and this sometimes gets missed. The forms always get through and actioned.

These filters are ruthless I assure you!


ALSO the weekly circular e-mails I send out are sent for my by a firm called Mailchimp and have various e-mail addresses attached to them some of which are not @tropicatruislip and so should never be answered. 

To make a booking it is a case of clicking on the picture of a ticket and that takes you to the form.

Admit one

To CHANGE/CANCEL a booking OR CHECK I HAVE IT just click on the appropriate link at the head of every page (or in the menu drop down on a phone) to change your reservation and complete the information in the box.

By example "I booked N tickets for X gig, can you confirm you have it" 

or " I booked 4 tickets please change it to 6 ......etc.
