Provided you have submitted this BEFORE 6 p.m. (sharp)
on the day of the gig you will get it acknowledged.
   
Acknowledgements are sent by a person and can take several HOURS to come through.

The fact that you are reading this means that your request for a ticket(s) change is whizzing it's way to the Tropic' office, thanks for keeping your reservation accurate, it helps a lot to know how many people are coming each week.

THIS IS AN AUTOMATED PAGE, IT IS NOT A TICKET NOR DOES IT CONFIRM OUR ACCEPTANCE OF A BOOKING OR CHANGE BY YOU. IT MERELY CONFIRMS WE HAVE YOUR REQUEST.

A manual response against your request to change this booking will be sent to you in due course by e-mail confirming your change has been accepted (and thus admission). This will simply be the booking details returned to you, these are sent daily normally. If you get the manual one twice, do not worry, the "system" sometimes glitches. The manual response is your ticket and acceptance of your booking.

To change your booking please use the "Change Ticket" button/form on the web site. NEVER JUST SEND AN E-MAIL TO BOOK TICKETS OR CHANGE A BOOKING as we may not see it.
