You must pay IN CASH on entry to the venue

This page confirms your request for a ticket is heading our way.
You must now look for your manual confirmation which is sent by e-mail.
These can be sent several HOURS after you have booked 
but if you booked just before 6 pm on a Friday you should get it by 7pm latest.

You can ONLY pay IN CASH (no cards) on entry to the music room

THIS IS JUST A CONFIRMATION PAGE AND TELLS YOU HOW TO PAY ETC.

Provided you have submitted your request BEFORE 6 p.m. (sharp)
on the day of the gig you will get it acknowledged.
 
THIS IS AN AUTOMATED PAGE, IT IS NOT A TICKET NOR DOES IT CONFIRM OUR ACCEPTANCE OF A BOOKING BY YOU.
IT MERELY CONFIRMS WE HAVE YOUR REQUEST.

As you have used the long booking form the assumption is made that you have either never booked or actually may have never been to us before. Below is all the information you should need ahead of your visit. 

TIMINGS:

Nearly all Friday gigs start with band on stage at 9.30. Double headers and gigs where we have a support may start earlier.

YOU ARE ADVISED TO BE AT THE VENUE BY 9.00 p.m., 09.30 LATEST.

For Sunday gigs we open the doors at 7.30 p.m. and for the music it is 8.00 to 10.30, certainly no later than 11.00 p.m.

Any variations to this will be on the web site here and apparent at the time you booked.

In the event that the gig is sold out we reserve the right to release your ticket to anyone waiting for returns at 9.30 p.m. and in this case you may not be allowed in.

PAYMENT:

Please note you must pay in CASH on arrival to get gain admission to the music room

but the bar may take card payments for drinks.

There is no cash point at or near the venue, and NO "Cash Back" over the bar.

A manual response will be sent to you in due course by e-mail confirming your ticket (and thus admission), which will simply be the booking details returned to you, these are sent daily normally.

If you get the manual one twice, do not worry, the "system" sometimes glitches.

The manual response is your ticket and acceptance of your booking.

If you do not get your acknowledgement before you contact us please check any "SPAM" or "JUNK" folders your e-mail provider may use to filter e-mails.

You might like to keep a copy of your manual acknowledgement on, say, your phone just in case somehow we have not got you on the list. You only need to show this copy if there is any sort of issue at the door, in the first instance we just need the surname of the person booking.

If you are booking for a group of people please make sure they know the surname of the person making the booking. You would be amazed how many people say "Sid booked for me". We will have no idea who "Sid" is!

To change your booking please use the "Change An Existing Reservation" link to the correct form under the dropdown headed Change/Check Tickets at the top of every page on the web site.

NEVER JUST SEND AN E-MAIL TO BOOK TICKETS OR CHANGE A BOOKING as bookings go to special e-mail addresses.

All changes or cancellations must be made off the web site by 6.00pm on the day of the gig.
