Your table reservation

ABOUT YOUR TABLE RESERVATION

Admit one
We will do our best, as a gesture of goodwill, to accommodate persons with a genuine medical need with a seat at any gig. This does not form part of your ticket and is in no way guaranteed. Whilst we accept your reservation please be aware that:-

By "reserving" it all we do is place a "reserved" sign on the table, we do not stand over that table until you arrive. People have been known to remove the chairs from around a reserved table, turn the sign over at sit there or just ignore it and sit at the table. In one case somebody took the sign off it, folded it up and sat on it, and then denied it was ever there!

If somebody has occupied the table we reserved for you we will NOT ask them to move. You must arrive well before we open the doors to stand any chance of getting your reserved seat.

If the booking does not state how many people within the group have a medical need then we will assume it is just ONE person. The reservation maybe for a whole table (of say four) for the whole "group" or maybe just one seat at a table shared with other people also needing seating. How this is done is at our discretion on the night where the main factor in deciding is how many people in total are attending the gig.

You should mention to the person who takes the money from you on entry that you have asked for a table as the list at the door will show where your table has been saved.

You may move the sign reserving your table to any other free table should you prefer a different location, but you may NOT exchange it for another reserved table. Please do NOT just sit anywhere, if you have asked for a table you must occupy it, or at very least remove the sign from it allowing others to use it.

You may be asked to share your seating area with others, and your reserved seating extends ONLY to those with a genuine medical need for a chair and NOT all your party.

If your table reservation is because you are part of a large group please be aware that whilst we will always do our best, on busy nights there is every chance that your table will just be a "meeting point" and that there will NOT be enough seats for ALL your party to be seated AND that those people where we are aware of a medical need to have a seat are always given priority.

If, for any reason at all, seats are not available for whatever reason and you feel unable to stay then a refund of the entrance price for those with medical issues ONLY is deemed the extent of our liability.

IN THE REAL WORLD

If you have reserved a table you are strongly advised to be early, and in the queue by 8.00.
(7.15 for a Sunday gig)

Please be aware, if you reserve a table and do not turn up, unless you get in touch somehow within a few days of the gig and explain the circumstances as to why you could not attend we will not save a table for you again.

Please also be aware that if you ask for a table as you have a medical need and then we see you standing all night again we will not save you a table again.
